What is the catch with the free preview?
There is not one. We build first because seeing the site is easier than imagining
it. We take no card and no deposit, and if you do not want the site nobody chases
you. The only cost to you is two minutes on the form and a look at the link.
How much does a website cost?
£395 for a Starter build of 1 to 4 pages. £650 for a Business build of around 8
pages with online booking, Google Business and professional email. £1,200 for
Premium, when the site has to take a deposit, show a live price or stock list, or
hold a customer login. Shops, customer logins and web
apps are quoted. Any build can be split into three payments at the same price, all
within 12 months.
Do you build shops, booking systems or web apps?
Yes. Online booking is part of the Business build. A shop, a customer login or a
system built around how you work is quoted, because the scope is different for every
business. Tell us what it has to do on the form and we reply within 24 hours with
what we would build and what it costs.
How long until my site is live?
The free preview is usually ready within 48 hours of us having your details. Once you
say yes, the final changes, your photos and the domain setup mean the site is usually
live within a week. The slow part
is nearly always getting the photos and the domain login from you, so have those
ready.
Do I own the site? What if I leave?
Yes. The build is a one-off payment, and once it is paid in full you own the final
website and its content. The care plan is monthly with no contract, cancelled with one message, and
if you ever leave we hand everything over in a format you can take anywhere.
What does a care plan actually do?
It keeps the site winning you customers after launch. On Looked After (£45 a month) your site is checked every half hour day and night, any change you want is done whenever you ask with no per-change fee, you get new pages when you need them, a short update every month by WhatsApp or email and priority support straight to Salvo or Harry. On Found (£85 a month) we also do your local SEO every month, build new pages every month for the searches that bring people in (your services, the towns you cover, your recent jobs), manage your Google Business profile and answer every review in your name, give you your own review link, send you a growth report at the end of every month on who looked, how they found you and what they did, and use it to keep improving the site. On Found and Growing (£150 a month) we also add a
few extra new pages every month on top of the Found pages, build something new into your site every
quarter, give it a full refresh every year, keep your Google listing fresh with job
photos, and email your past customers if you want us to.
